Where to pick up a key? 

There is an automatic key pad at the front door. One week prior to your arrival, you will be provided with a welcome email and number for key pad.


What is the maximum accommodation?

5 – two people in each room and one person in extra room.


Is there maid service?

No, but it can be requested for an additional $75 per day. Please request at time of reservation.


Is the kitchen fully equipped?

The kitchen has been stocked with all basic kitchen needs including:


Automatic coffee maker (lattes, cappuccino, coffee).

Bodum coffee press.

Pots and pans.

Dishes, glassware and cutlery.

Mixing bowls.

Salt and pepper.

Can opener.

Bottle opener.

Spatula, whisk,

Wooden spoons.


Are there any noise limitations?

Play and Chill is located in a neighbourhood so normal noise restrictions apply.


Are pets allowed?

We love and have pets so realize that although they are loveable, they can cause wear and tear. With that said, we will consider your pets. A refundable damage deposit will be required.


Who to contact if there are house issues? 

We are close-by, actually next door. Just give us a ring.


Where to park?

Adjacent to the house is a private driveway that can fit two cars.


Who is the owner?

We are a family of five who moved to Stratford after living in the Parkdale neigbourhood of Toronto. We moved to embrace a simpler life.


How to get to 70 Douglas?

From Kitchener/Waterloo: as you enter the city you will be on Ontario Street. Proceed through the downtown until you cross a bridge and come to a traffic light. Turn left at the traffic light. 70 Douglas will be on your right hand side before you hit the next intersection.
